HYPNOTHERAPY

 

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation, focused attention, and suggestion to create positive changes in behaviour, thoughts, and emotions. It can be highly effective in addressing issues such as trauma, stress, anxiety, phobias and habits, as well as improving self-esteem and confidence during challenging periods in your life.
