After a free initial telephone conversation we will meet for a psychology assessment. This involves me gaining a thorough understanding of your situation. After which I will make some suggestions about what options you have going forward. If you wish to start therapy we will discuss what this involves in terms of number of sessions and times we will meet. To find out more about different types of therapy click here.
Confidential
Therapy is an experience where some things may be shared for the first time. All contact within sessions, via email or by phone will remain confidential.
Appointments
Sessions are 50 minutes. The number of sessions depends on your needs and preferences. Fees for insurance funded clients vary. Lighthouse Psychology is recognised with several insurance companies including Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Healix, Vitality. Please contact us to find out more.
