TORY MACDONALD
Counsellor
I have been providing counselling services to adults and students since 2007. I am passionate about what I do. One of my greatest rewards is helping people find the tools they need to overcome their hurdles, enabling them to move forward on a positive path.

I offer face-to-face consultations in a comfortable and non-judgemental environment at the Eastbourne Clinic of Natural Medicine. In addition I spend three days a week counselling students at Willingdon Community School and St Catherine's College in Eastbourne. I am privileged to offer counselling services through CLIC Sargent to cancer sufferers and their families.

I also offer remote consultations, either via video (Skype, WhatsApp or Zoom) or phone call.
In 2021 I was invited to become a Fellow of ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists). All Fellows are Senior Members who have been granted an extra award based on special contribution to their field or an extended length of continual practice. I hold Public Liability Insurance and DBS Certification.

What people say about Tory Macdonald ...
"Before I sought Tory’s help I was at an upsetting time in my life. I could not see the wood for the trees and had been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. With Tory’s help I feel much happier, more able to cope with life’s challenges and I have a good, balanced, approach to situations. Our ongoing sessions have helped with my self-esteem and confidence, and I feel much better about the future." - Gary

"Tory was perfect for myself and my husband. An experience and person we would happily engage in and with again. We were made to feel very welcome and very comfortable, which are two key things when embarking on counselling, I think, especially for the first time. Tory helped us over many hurdles and we still reflect on the input she provided us with today. What's really special is that she still occasionally checks in with us to see how we are. Thank you, Tory." - SB
